After delivery, our expert team handles full professional installation.

We have trained specialists across the U.S. Each is certified through our video-based training system and internal standards of care. They must also submit a Quality Control report — complete with photos — after every setup.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy.
All returns must be preauthorized.

If you cancel an order after shipment, we deduct shipping costs and apply a 15% restocking fee — no exceptions.

Refunds are only issued after we receive, inspect, and approve returned items. Additional terms may apply.

Legal Terms

By placing an order, you agree that any legal action must be filed in either Federal or State Court located in Orange County, California.

If payment becomes delinquent, you’ll be responsible for all collection-related expenses, including attorney’s fees and court costs. A 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annually) will apply to any past due balances.
