Just purchased a JPMedics Kaze massage chair from Andrew of Lazeny. The best experience we have ever had buying a massage chair. This is our 4th chair in 22 years. We purchased the other 3 from 3 different vendors. Andrew is a five star in customer service, very knowledgeable and explained the various functions of the chair thoroughly and patiently. His delivery service is first class. A very nice man, friendly & not pushy. I highly recommend going to Lazeny and see and try the different brands that Andrew has in his store. We had a very pleasant conversation with him & guided us into choosing the right chair to match our needs. Thank you Andrew.

Let me start by saying I had just returned from Japan and only had 10 days to find a massage chair for my wife’s birthday. I did a Google search and came across Lazeny in HB which happens to be 1 mile from my office. I drove over and the store was closed with a note in the store front saying closed for a few days, but a phone number was given. I was about to move on and find another place but I called and immediately got the owner- Andrew He helped me narrow down my options to a chair made in Japan and said if I was willing to pay a little more I could get the best chair for the money. He sold me on the JP Medics Kumo. We devised a plan to have him deliver the chair and assemble it on my wife’s birthday as a surprise. He kept me updated on the day he would pick up the chair locally, when it was ready, met me promptly at my house , assembled it in less than 1-1/2 hours and best of all placed, he wrapped a big red bow that he ordered from Amazon himself! I cannot say enough praise about Andrew and how thoroughly pleased I am with this purchase. The chair is unbelievable! The best compliment I could give him is another customer referral. I already have a person who is interested in a chair having seen my wife’s chair posted on facebook. I will gladly send her to Andrew. She will not be disappointed. Thank you Andrew I am lucky to have found you!

More than FIVE STARS! Andrew is by far the best person I have worked with on the purchase of a massage chair in over the ten years that I have owned a massage chair. Kind, patient, respectful and always available to answer any question. However, his transparent approach to purchasing such a big investment is what sets Andrew apart. He went above and beyond his role and responsibility to provide a wealth of detailed information that helped me ensure that I had all the knowledge I needed to make a sound decision. Moreover, Andrew was not expecting me to make a purchase. He provided me with such a wealth of information that I changed my mind and decided to stay with Andrew. It was the best decision I could have possibly made. However, chair selection and purchase of the chair is just one phase of the process. The chair order and delivery are a separate process, but just as important, and Andrew could not have been more supportive with keeping me informed along the way. Lastly the delivery and set up was second to none. I could not be happier with the decision to purchase my chair (JP650) through Andrew and Lazeny, and I could not be happier with the planning and decision to work with Andrew and Team Lazeny. He is across the country in California, and I live in Florida, however, his attention to detail and care for me as the customer made it feel like he was next door to me. And most importantly, I love the chair. It exceeds my expectations of quality and performance Having been a massage chair connoisseur for over ten years, II can honestly say that Andrew and his team are the only company I would work with. He is that good.
